Friends of Paz (non-affiliated supporters of the South LA Animal Shelter) I have been contacted by the shelter, Cherry Pie is very sick, they are concerned it could be pneumonia. She has green nasal discharge and needs out by TOMORROW! I appreciate that they contacted me as it gives us an opportunity to give her another push! This is URGENT! Breed Specific Legislation is cruel, unnecessary and illogical. Just as no two people are the same and cannot be judged for possible future behavior at birth, neither can any dog.  Animals, like people, are not just products of genetics, they are formed as they  grow by environment, training and affection.

Today tomorrow always until I can leave her….mind numbing boredom.
